For those who like to drive, here are a couple of links which will help you get to CEP-L as long as you can get to Boulevard Royal (Variant 1) or the Railway Station in Luxembourg city (Variant 2).
If you are heading in from outside the city of Luxembourg, and would not like to lose your way, you can park your car in an underground car park in the city centre and take BUS ROUTE 8 going towards HOLLERICH SCHLUECHTHAUS and GET OFF AT "BRAGANCE". Here's a link to the Time Table
